MSF has been in business for over 50 years and has trained more than 10 MILLION riders. MSF is recognized as the only provider in 46 states, in addition to Ohio & Pennsylvania where there is more than one provider. MSF is the only curriculum taught at military bases world wide.
The State Of California does not allow for a DMV waiver certificate (DL389) to be issued for MSF curriculum.
If you are under 21, you are required to present a DL389 to DMV in order to obtain a permit in California.
