She is extremely helpful and a good listener, which helps her point you in the right direction when you have questions. Melissa, Melinda, and Mike are awesome. I wouldn't purchase a new Harley Davidson from any other dealer.

I rarely fill out surveys. I don't get anything for filling them out and when I do fill them out I never give perfect scores. I believe we can always improve but I love going into my dealership the staff has always treated me well. I am always afraid that I am going to wear out my welcome but they never seem to mind me hanging out and drinking their coffee. I know Matthew's is in the business to make money but they put the costumer first and profit second. When I am ready to buy my next bike I am going to Matthew's Harley Davidson. They treat you like family and that they really want you to be there. The staff actually cares that you stopped by, even when I don't spend money.

This was my first experience ever riding a motorcycle. The thought of starting on a Harley could be quite intimidating but the instructors really gave you confidence on the bike and made sure you understood the process that was going on. The course was very informative from in class reviews to the on hands stuff. The course is something that any rider despite their knowledge should consider taking. I loved the experience and will probably take another course in the future.
