Great group of people from the sales floor to the mechanics always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. I was never going to own a Harley till I met this group of people. They treat me like family every time I go in.

I love this place. The staff are over the moon helpful in anyway they can be. From opening the door to greeting you and having a conversation about your day. They truly care and I love the family atmosphere they have. The staff seem to be more like family and friends than coworkers. They floor is ALWAYS clean and organized. There has not been one time where I have seen this store in a disarray. The selection of products is really good. They have everything from clothes to bike parts and service. You have to take a trip upstairs and see all the old bikes. It's pretty amazing and interesting. This is the store to shop.

Matthews H-D has an outstanding team of people making me feel like I am valued by them. I know my Harley is in good hands with the service department. They look out for my safety. They notice things that can become a problem. The also advise me on how to prevent problems.

I loved it! It got done a lot sooner than I expected. Loved that fact that they detail it after changing the fluids and checking it. Love going the Mathews Harley-Davidson, always feel welcome. The only problem is every time I go I want to buy something but don't have the money at times haha

Instructors and Mathews HD employees were very open and friendly. The instructor's were not at all judgmental or critical of any participating students. I have to give compliments to Pat and Randy, the on hand course for motorcycles, provided great support during the riding portion of the class.

What an awesome loving hard working family. Whatever your needs are they will always be met with a smile and respect. While you are there take the time to look at the awesome pictures are the walls, that is the Matthew family. Very cool and awesome they are. They treat your bike as they do their bike. Very friendly and helpful staff! Got my bike back to me in 3 hours! OTD cost was much less than I anticipated. Clean, well lit, nicely laid out show room. They have now become my "home" shop!
