First and foremost, service staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Treat customers like they were their only customers. I've had my horse serviced at Mathews on several occasions and always satisfied with the job they do. A business will always retain customers and create new ones by doing the right things. Treat and communicate with your clientele openly and honestly. Anything less, is a no starter for good relations.
