I am so pleased with Matthew's HD. The customer service is beyond amazing. They went out of their way to find and go pick up the new Trike I wanted. They were very fast in getting me exactly what I was looking for. Not to mention, they delivered it to my home. Thank you to all the great people there. Bob, Melissa, Mike, and Melinda. The HD experience is...
The HD experience is tops. I've owned several v twins but HD seems to have it all & Matthews HD was the place to get a new one. Brand new!!!! I also have a 2006 herit sof tail dexuxe that needs a trans badly & some other parts to rebuild it that are now obselete. This model had just arrived on the show room floor so I snagged it before any body touched it & it was cheeper than the rebuild project. But all thru that process of the rebuild I came to quickly like all the staff so it was an easy pick.

All three instructor...
All three instructors were really nice guys. They taught the class very well. I was really never confused during the course, but they answered all my questions whenever I had one. I would definitely recommend this riding academy for brand new riders that have never ridden a motorcycle before. Great class you’ll be riding in no time. If you have a little experienced with motorcycle riding I’d still take the class because it’s always a good thing to know more and they teach it well.

This Harley Davidson dealer is the place to go..the people are above and beyond also I haven't seen such inventory of item selections and parts since I dont know when...melinda the sales person and Katelyn in motor clothes were extremely customer oriented ...as a lifetime harley rider I' am highly impressed with the overall sales and service...this is the prime example of the harley davidson family... thank you Matthews Harley davidson for making my day.. I will definitely be back.

Lennie my instructor in the classroom was amazing answered all our questions and was very helpful and informative!
Our trainers on the motorcycle were just as amazing! They had patience and knew exactly how to encourage us and give us that boost of confidence we needed! I would highly recommend this class and the group of amazing leaders, teachers, and trainers thank you Harley Davidson for this amazing class!!! I believe their names were Mark and Randy. Amazing men and I can’t express how much they helped boost my confidence and the lifetime advice I’ll always keep with me!!!
